SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Pickup or Installation orders are scheduled on a case-by-case basis to serve you best - standard pickup times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5pm-9pm and Saturday 12pm-5pm. Be sure to check the fulfillment options on each product before ordering to see shipping, pickup, and delivery options.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, except for customized products. For some products, refunds will be offered instead of returns. You may be responsible for return shipping costs in certain special cases (accidental orders, frequent order returns, etc).

Some products include warranties - be sure to check the product information for warranty policies before ordering. Warranty claims should be made promptly, with proof of original purchase. No warranties are offered except on products where warranties are expressly specified.
